HD Staffing is currently seeking Machine Operatives for our clients in the food industry. As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure the efficient and effective production of high-quality food products. Your duties will include:

• Operating machinery and equipment such as mixers, blenders, slicers, and packaging machines.
• Monitoring the production line to ensure that machines are operating correctly and that production targets are met.
• Conducting routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure that it operates efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshooting machinery issues and identifying and reporting any faults or defects.
• Working with the production team to ensure that products are produced to the required quality standards.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring that the work area is clean and hygienic.
• Completing production records and documentation accurately and on time.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
