HD Staffing is currently seeking experienced Line Managers to lead and manage production lines for our clients in the food industry. As a Line Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the production line, meeting production targets, and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. Your duties will include:

• Leading and managing a team of production operatives to ensure the efficient operation of the production line.
• Ensuring that all products are produced to the required quality standards, and that all relevant checks and tests are carried out.
• Monitoring production output and taking action to address any issues or delays.
• Liaising with other departments such as engineering and maintenance to ensure that machinery is properly maintained and repaired.
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to, and that the work area is kept clean and hygienic.
• Providing training and coaching to team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensuring that all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time.
