HD Staffing is currently seeking a Food Technologist for our clients in the food industry. As a Food Technologist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of food products. Your duties will include:

• Conducting research and development on new food products and processes.
• Evaluating food products for quality and safety.
• Creating and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that food products meet industry standards and regulations.
• Developing new food products and improving existing ones.
• Creating and maintaining product specifications and documentation.
• Conducting sensory evaluations of food products to ensure they meet taste and texture standards.
• Working with the production team to ensure that products are produced to the required quality standards.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring that the work area is clean and hygienic.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
