HD Staffing is currently seeking Bakers for our clients in the food industry. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods, such as bread, pastries, and cakes. Your duties will include:

• Mixing and preparing ingredients for baked goods.
• Measuring ingredients and following recipes to ensure consistent quality.
• Operating machinery such as mixers, ovens, and proofers.
• Baking and decorating a variety of baked goods, such as bread, cakes, and pastries.
• Conducting quality checks on baked goods to ensure that they meet quality standards.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring that the work area is clean and hygienic.
• Supporting the team in meeting production deadlines and targets.
